preliminary design urban plan

an appropriate entrance for the “over sea city” Bremen from the district of Walle should be created which connects the existing neighbourhood with the newly to be developed waterfront “over sea city”

(this harbour area became obsolete as the deeper modern ships went to the ports in Bremerhaven closer to the North Sea. So this centrally-located waterfront area is being developed for culture and offices etc.)
